Flavours

We believe it is important that the what ever design is formulated, the cake should be as amazing as the decoration.    We use the best ingriedients and professional coverings, we never use cake mixes but bake from scratch with free range eggs, premium butter and the fine quality flours and sugars.   We use premium conserves and curds, made locally at Covenham House Orchard or in our own kitchens.    Our cakes are filled with various flavoured Italian Meringue Buttercream and covered in white belgium chocolate ganache before covering as standard.

Allergy Information

All of our cakes will come with allergy information clearly marked on the delivery boxes.  All of our regular cakes contain egg, milk and gluten.  Some of the specialist pastes we use are produced in factories which handles nuts, milk, egg and gluten.

Unfortunately we are unable to cater for gluten free, eggless, dairy free as we are not a designated free from kitchen.
